How do you ship orders, and to which states can you ship?
Regulations in certain areas of the U.S. prohibit residents from receiving wine shipments directly, or may limit the quantity available for shipment to your zip code.  

DUE to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are unable to ship to the following states: AR, IN, KY, MD, PA, TN, UT.  

All wine orders must be placed by persons 21 years of age or older.  Verification of age is required at the time of delivery.  Failure to produce age verification forfeits your right to receive shipment.  In such circumstances, Celebrity Cellars reserves the right, at our discretion, to (a) hold your order at Shipping Facility for pick-up with proper identification, OR (b) return to sender at the customer’s expense.  All associated costs will be the responsibilty of, and charged accordingly to the customer.

To prevent your wine order from sitting in shipping facility storage over the weekend, wine orders placed Sunday through Tuesday are processed the following business day.  Wine orders placed Wednesday through Saturday are processed the following Monday.  Please allow 5-7 business days for standard delivery.

Celebrity Cellars recommends the use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase.  Under no circumstances will wine be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.

Shipping & Handling charges are calculated at the end of your online order, prior to order processing confirmation.  At this time, Celebrity Cellars does not ship outside the United States.

What about international orders?
At this time we cannot fulfill international orders - we can only fulfill orders within the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience.

At Celebrity Cellars we recognize and respect our customers’ privacy. We will not sell or rent your information to anyone. We only use this information to contact you about your order. We diligently protect the trust you have placed in us. We have developed a Privacy Policy to assure you that the information collected about you is only what is needed for conducting business and offering products and services that might be of interest to you.

Our Policy
Federal and California state law requires us to request identification from each consumer to prove that you are of age to legally purchase alcohol. To process an order, we need your name, home or other physical address, telephone number, date of birth and credit card number. We understand the sensitivity of this information and maintain our files on a secured server to protect against unauthorized access. In addition to obtaining personal information we may collect tracking information for statistical purposes that is disclosed to third parties. This aggregate information is for statistical purposes only. It is for understanding consumer trends and does not contain any personal information about you.

Email Opt-Out
We comply with the Federal laws in sending offer driven emails. Returning or Exchanging an Item
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. To return or exchange an item, please complete the following steps:

1. Circle the items(s) you are returning on the order form included with your purchase.
2. Please write the reason for the return at the bottom of the order receipt.
3. If you are exchanging an item, please indicate the item you would like us to send at the bottom of the form. Please be sure to indicate the address where you would like us to send the exchanged item if different from the original address.
4. Pack and seal your return item along with the order receipt.

Note: the credit card used for the original purchase will be credit in the amount of the product sale. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless we have sent the wrong item.
